How we launch an operation

The launch plan is agreed before the first route begins.

  1. Market review

We look at route density, expected volume, vehicle requirements and the timeline you need.

  2. Launch plan

Staffing, vehicle requirements, route expectations, communications and escalation procedures are written down before the first route.

  3. Recruitment and onboarding

Drivers apply through our app; documents are reviewed and drivers are trained for your station.

  4. On-site start

Condor staff are at the station during start-up to set procedures and daily standards.

  5. Stabilize and hand off

We follow through until the operation is stable and train a local coordinator to maintain it.

Questions we hear often

Can you support a new market?

Yes. We evaluate new markets based on route density, expected volume, vehicle requirements and an agreed staffing timeline. Our preferred starting area is greater Charlotte and surrounding NC/SC communities.

How quickly can you start?

We establish the launch date after reviewing the market, driver requirements, onboarding steps and expected volume. A phased launch can allow staffing to grow with the operation.

Do you provide your own technology?

Yes. We developed our own driver application and management portals. Depending on the program, we use our tools alongside the delivery systems required by the client.

What vehicles can you support?

We match recruitment and vehicle selection to package size, route density and operating requirements. Our experience includes sedans, SUVs, minivans and cargo vans.

Do you offer dedicated teams?

We can discuss dedicated capacity for recurring operations, subject to agreed volume, commercial terms and launch requirements.
